The RWA sector is displaying renewed interest, with ONDO, Algorand (ALGO), and Injective (INJ) prices approaching key resistance levels. ONDO price is breaking out of a descending channel, while ALGO is testing the resistance, and the buyers are attempting to push INJ’s price toward the upper boundary of a bullish structure. Although these three RWA tokens have the potential for a breakout this week, the sustained rally will depend on whether the buyers can hold above the gains.
With momentum indicators and trading volume offering further clues, the coming sessions could determine whether these altcoins extend their recovery or face renewed selling pressure.
ONDO Price Analysis: Can Bulls Push the Price Toward $0.69?
ONDO is showing signs of recovery after breaking above a descending channel that had constrained its price action for several months. The daily chart shows the token has risen above the cup and handle pattern and also triggered a rebound following a retest. Currently, the price is testing an interim resistance at $0.5246, and a daily close above the range could take the token higher.
The immediate hurdle for ONDO is the $0.589 resistance level. A sustained daily close above this barrier could strengthen the bullish structure. A sustained move above this range would bring the $0.6957 region back into focus. Conversely, a failure to hold above $0.5246 could prolong the consolidation, while a deeper retracement toward $0.45 to $0.46 would test the integrity of the channel breakout and the reclaimed horizontal structure.
Algorand Price Analysis: ALGO Primed for a 15% Upswing
With the latest upswing, the ALGO price is now testing one of the major resistance zones, which has capped the rally since the start of the year. The price failed to break the double-bottom pattern, triggering a small correction, but the current chart patterns suggest the bulls are determined to push higher. The formation is pointing towards a transitional phase from accumulation to an upside expansion, but confirmation depends on a decisive breakout above the neckline.
The momentum is also in favour of the bulls as the levels are rising, forming consecutive higher highs and lows along the rising trendline. A confirmed breakout above $0.13 to $0.132 could open the way toward $0.146, followed by the broader resistance zone near $0.19. However, continued bullish momentum and volume will be pivotal to validate the move, particularly when the price clears the neckline.
Injective Price Analysis: Ascending Structure Puts $10 in Focus
Injective’s daily chart shows an ascending price structure, with the rising support trendline underpinning the recovery. Beside, the horizontal resistance near $8.55 continues to cap the upside attempts since May. The pattern remains unconfirmed until INJ price breaks above this resistance zone with convincing volume.
The MACD shows selling pressure easing, and the levels are heading toward a bullish crossover. Also, OBV is maintaining an incremental trajectory, pointing to strengthening momentum ahead of a potential breakout. A move above $8.55 would strengthen the bullish structure and bring the next resistance near $9.83, which may extend beyond $10. Conversely, a rejection could keep INJ confined beneath resistance.
