The top 4% requires around 10,140 XRP, followed by 13,949 XRP for the top 3% and 21,628 XRP for the top 2%. The analysis noted that wallet-based rankings do not directly represent individual holders, as people can control multiple addresses, while larger wallets may belong to institutions, custodians, OTC desks or founders.
